Horseback riding

We have 20 healthy horses available to take visitors through our Private Reserve.

There is no need to ride on dangerous busy roads, the whole ride is done on our private paths and trails.

The ride is 2.5 hrs. long.  Traverses the typical Monteverde Cloud Forest.  We take our visitors through patches of Primary Forest and forest regeneration, across streams and some open areas, from where it is so easy to see the Cloud Forest Edge and Cloud Forest Canopy, always filled with wildlife.

The ride also gives opportunities to go across the Continental Divide and to see the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean slope along with other impressive views of the neighboring Volcanoes and the Guanacaste lowlands.

One thing for sure, at the end, there will be new friends...
